Prototype transparency

What UdyamPass does—and does not do.

UdyamPass is a public hackathon prototype using synthetic data. It is not a government portal, lender, legal service, or partner of any listed institution.

A clarity and navigation layer

A founder should not need to learn the entire system before getting help.

The system should not have to interpret an unstructured founder story either. UdyamPass helps both sides understand each other, step by step, with the right information at the right time.

Live in this prototype

  • Deterministic capital path and Opportunity Route Map
  • Versioned Rules Engine and Readiness Checker
  • Generated Opportunity Passport summary with a Funding Passport module
  • Synthetic decision, Decision Audit, Decision Receipt, and Review Request on the explicit FreshWave demo path
  • Optional AI-assisted parsing and explanations
  • English and Roman Hinglish citizen experience
Mocked
  • Founder identity and demo persona
  • Lender
  • Application submission
  • Rejection
  • Review submission
  • Downstream institutional processing
Not connected
  • Banks or RBI
  • CGTMSE or NCGTC backends

Product trust

We don't replace the system. We make it easier to navigate.

UdyamPass does not replace public systems, lenders, or official decision-makers. It does not claim government affiliation, guarantee funding, or make final eligibility decisions.

AI can explain. It cannot approve, submit, or overrule verified rules.

No real application, registration, grievance, payment, email, or institutional action can be submitted from this prototype.

Concise roadmap

Focused today. Reusable tomorrow.

Today

One complete synthetic example journey

Founder need → Opportunity Route Map → readiness → Opportunity/Funding Passport → decision → Decision Receipt → next action or possible route.

Manual profiles remain neutral at the mock-decision stage; the prototype does not invent an approval or rejection.

Near term
  • Additional verified public-credit and grant routes
  • Incubators and founder-support opportunities
  • More Indian languages and optional voice assistance
  • Government procurement and GeM opportunities
  • Community Proof as non-financial demand evidence

Community Proof is future-facing demand evidence only—not crowdfunding, investment, lending, money collection, or a promise of returns.

Later

One reusable profile across:

  • Export and cross-border market-access routes
  • Lifecycle support from starting to scaling
  • Institution-approved reusable submission connections
  • Regulated private-capital connections

IDEA → START → FUND → BUILD → SELL → SCALE → EXPORT

Future governance and security

Real actions would require stronger controls.

These are roadmap principles, not claims that live connectors or submissions exist today.

  • Default-deny actions and scoped permissions
  • Explicit approval gates and least privilege
  • Signed, auditable action logs
  • Safe connector permissions
  • No autonomous send, spend, delete, or publish
  • User confirmation before real institutional submissions
